a network of accommodations in B&Bs or in furnished apartments in Montreal.
Owners and managers may propose their avocation via our site (resgistration
form).
MontrealReservation.com
acts as an intermediate between clients seeking accommodations and dedicated
hosts. Our part of the responsability is to come up with adequate lodging
for the client, finalize a reservation and forward a copy of the confirmation
to the client and to the operator of the establishment.

all administrative responsabilities incurred in the reservation process
so you have more time to spend with your clients of for your own enjoyment.
Our concern is:
- supply information
regarding availabilities and rates,
- effectuate
a reservation,
- guaranty
a reservation by debitingthe client's credit card,
- forward a
detailed confirmation.
Each operator is listed
in the proper category together with a few words of introduction. We will
create a full page describing your property including 4 coloured photos
mentioning services offered. Any change can be forwarded viw e-mail or
by phoning at no extra cost.

Registration is free of charge

In exchange of these services
MontrealReservation.com will collect 15% (tax free) as a commission on
daily and weekly bookings, 10% (tax free) of the first monthly rental.
Commissions are used as
a deposit and debited on the client's credit card, you only have to deduct
it from the total of the invoice.
This procedure eliminates
endless accounting and monthly verifications.

FAQ
* How
does MontrealReservation.com make sure of any availability ?
An agent will contact you
by phone prior to making a reservation to certify availability and rates.
Quite often, clients will be awaiting an answer on a different phone line.

How do I tell if MontrealReservation.com has taken a reservation ?
You will be contacted immediatly
by phone with a confirmation number and the dates required as soon as the
procedures have been finalized. A detailed confirmation will follow within
48 hours by e-mail.

What information will I get from MontrealReservation.com ?
Within 2 days following
a reservation, in order to avoid misunderstandings, you shall receive a
duplicate of the detailed confirmation sent to the client. Stated on the
confirmation:
- confirmation
number,
- names, address,
telephone number and e-mail address of the client,
- dates and
number of people occupancy (adults and children),
- type of accommodation
requested and rates,
- a detailed
invoice stating the amount of deposit held by
MontrealReservation.com and the balance to be collected upon arrival.

Will I be able to increase the rates and apply certain terms during
special events in Montreal ?
Absolutely, it is known
fact the "Le Grand Prix du Canada" or "Le Festival de Jazz" draws a significant
amount of visitors. It is up to you to notify us of the terms you wish
to apply while discussing the possibility of a booking.
