1)
Cancellation 
Except for important events
and holidays, MontrealReservation.com will reimburse deposits according
to the following cancellation policy:
For nightly reservations:
- $25 administration service
will be billed upon cancellation at any time.
- 50% of the rate will be
billed upon cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date.
- One night will be billed
upon cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival date.
- One night penalty in case
of departure ahead of reservation time.
For weekly or monthly
reservations:
- $25 administration service
will be billed upon cancellation at any time.
- 15% of the rate will be
billed upon cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date.
- 35% of the rate will be
billed upon cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date.
- There are no refunds on
shortened weekly and monthly stays.
2)
Payment
According to the terms specified
in their confirmation guests agree to make payment to their host for the
cost of accommodation and any services rendered during their stay in relation
with the reservation made by MontrealReservation.com
3)
Arrival / Departure
Guests must reconfirm the time
of arrival with their host and make necessary arrangements in case of major
tardiness.
Guests agree to vacate the
premises no later than 11:00am. Late departures must be established in
concert with the host.

stay according to availability by calling MontrealReservation.com
beforehand at 1 800-917-0747 or 514-866-8241.

Liablity
Our goal is that our guests
enjoy a memorable stay but MontrealReservation.com cannot be held responsible
for any adversities that may occur during their sojourn. A minute
of your time to give us your impressions would be most appreciated.
MontrealReservation.com
will not take responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of any of the
guests' personal effects on the premises during their stay and after their
departure.
5)
Confidentiality
MontrealReservation.com secures
and protects the rights of the clients’ confidentiality. Any information
pertaining to a reservation will remain confidential.
MontrealReservation.com
will never sell, rent or share your e-mail address or personal information
to any company or oganization.
6)
Rules and Regulations
Guests must observe rules of
the establishment concerning usage of tobacco, alcohol, etc.
NOTE: All the information
concerning B&B homes and apartments was provided by the owners.

error that may occur on this site. The information is truthfully
conveyed to the best of our knowledge. Kindly specify special requests
